Day 6: Pet Peeves

Oh boy...I didn't think I had many pet peeves until I started writing this but honestly, I think a lot of them are fairly common with lots of people so I don't feel too badly, haha!

My pet peeves, in no particular order:

• Anything that causes road rage...yes, I have it, won't deny it, but really, there are "rules of the road" for a reason - you follow the rules, road rage is minimal, haha! Most frustrating causes: people merging onto the highway at 30mph when the speed limit on the highway you're merging on to is 70mph; going slower than the speed limit on any roads (I was stuck behind someone on my drive back from Boerne last weekend going 45mph...the speed limit on the road we were on was 80mph on a 2-lane road & no, it wasn't a big truck hauling a trailer or anything, it was a Ford Escape & every time you'd try to pass him, he'd speed up!); not using a turn signal; continuing to drive in the left lane on the highway & going the same speed as the person in the lane next to you instead of passing them & getting over...I can definitely go on with this but I won't...
• People who don't understand the concept of "personal space" - if I'm backing away from you, that's not an invitation to try to get closer.
• Chewing with your mouth open & other bad table manners/etiquette.
• Nails + Chalkboard = AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
• Ignorant pet owners who don't pick up after their pets at the park...considering that our park supplies "Poopy Bags" to pick up after your pet, there's no excuse for letting your dog "relieve" themselves right next to the bag stand & not pick it up.
• The person who's always right & knows everything about everything/everyone.
• Obnoxious drunks.
