This weekend, Alex & I are headed down to Houston to celebrate the marriage of one of my college roommates, Miss Erika!
I'm so excited to see my TLU buddies, but I think I'm the most excited to get away from work & have a mini-vacation with my man! We've had a busy few weeks lately!
Alex & I stayed with Kristin & the girlies on Friday night...we had a Leighton spoon first thing Saturday morning too...
...which led to a Polo & Prada Yorkie spoon...
...then a Kinlee spoon...
Leighton is the epitome of "Morning Person"...
...but Kinlee & I are as far from being "Morning People" as you can get!
Alex was worn out from our day with the girlies ♥
These were taken around 10:00 at night, after he claimed "I have so much energy, there's no way I could go to sleep early. I might as well get some work done while I'm awake!"
That energy lasted all of about 10 minutes, haha! Needless to say, no work was done & he slept until nearly noon on Sunday!
And last but not least: surprise, surprise, winter in Texas continues & we're nearing the end of April now. That was the temperature when I went to bed Monday night...and the high on Tuesday.
One more day until FREEDOM form work for a few days! Happy Thursday!
